Director, Jewish Communal Life, Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston

Brett Lubarsky serves as Director, Jewish Communal Life at Combined Jewish Philanthropies where he focuses on strengthening the Jewish professional ecosystem, creating spaces and opportunities for learning, networking and capacity building. For the past decade, Brett led the Jewish Teen Initiative of Greater Boston – a national model for Jewish teen engagement helping to connect, inspire, empower and support teens, families and professionals. Brett has been creating moments, spaces and systems of meaning and connection for Jewish youth, families, emerging adults and professionals for more than 20 years, working extensively with synagogues, day schools, summer camps, and organizations throughout the country. Brett holds a BA in Human Services from Lesley University, an MA in Jewish Education from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion, and is a Senior Educator with M²: the Institute for Experiential Jewish Education.
