Dawne Bear Novicoff

Executive Vice President, Jim Joseph Foundation

Dawne Bear Novicoff is the Executive Vice President of the Jim Joseph Foundation. In this role, Dawne provides day-to-day leadership and direction across all departments and partners closely with the President and CEO to shape the vision, strategy and growth for the Foundation. Additionally, Dawne directs the professional team,develops the Foundation’s internal culture, and manages a portfolio of special projects focused on leadership and Israel Education. She joined the Foundation in 2009 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2016 

Prior to joining the Foundation, Dawne worked for a decade at the Jewish Community Federation in San Francisco as the Director of Israel & Overseas Planning and Programming. Dawne received her BA from Columbia University and List College: Jewish Theological Seminary. Dawne lives in San Francisco with her husband, Gregg, and has two grown children.
