Rachel Waldman is the Executive Director of Jewish Federation of Atlantic & Cape May Counties, where she has worked for nearly a decade proudly strengthening the very same Jewish community that she grew up in.

Born into the "family business" of Jewish professionalism, Rachel considers this work a calling. She brings a fresh, next-generation perspective to an organization she lovingly calls a "boutique Jewish Federation," specializing in high-quality, hyper-local programs and initiatives that reflect the unique character, history, and needs of her community.

Rachel believes that meaningful Jewish community is built through relationships, creativity, and a big-tent welcome with a smile. Leading the community that raised her is both a privilege and a responsibility she takes to heart.

She lives in South Jersey with her husband, Jordan, and their children, Riley (6) and Jack (3). The family business may continue: Riley wants to work "at Jewish Federation" when she grows up.
