Igor Alterman

President & CEO , Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County

Igor Alterman is President and CEO of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, which operates the nation’s largest 100-acre Jewish campus in Boca Raton, FL. 

Previously, as CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, he led record-breaking campaigns, a full digital transformation, and unified the community after October 7th.

With dual master’s degrees in Nonprofit Management and Religious Education, Igor has advanced mission-driven organizations across philanthropy, higher education, and Jewish communal life. A former Hillel International executive, Wexner Fellow, and ROI Schusterman Community Member, he is deeply committed to strengthening Jewish life worldwide. Born in Russia and educated in Israel and the US, he resides in South Florida with his family.
