National Director, Jewish Student Union (JSU)

Devora Simon is the National Director of the Jewish Student Union (JSU), a project of NCSY dedicated to empowering Jewish teens and strengthening their connection to Jewish life. In this role, she has guided JSU’s growth and impact across North America over the past five years. Before assuming this position, Devora served as Director of NCSY in Montreal and Silicon Valley, where she revitalized both chapters and built vibrant, engaged communities. She has also worked in Jewish communities across North America and Europe, including Berlin and Dallas. Devora is passionate about Jewish education and fostering strong, thriving communities.
