Rina Goldberg is Vice President of Israel & Overseas and Deputy Director for Israel at the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). In this role, she leads a dynamic portfolio of programs and partnerships that showcase the global impact of the Federation system, with a strategic focus on Israel and philanthropic initiatives aligned with Federation priorities.

Rina plays a key leadership role in JFNA’s global emergency response efforts—first spearheading the Ukraine Emergency Response and now helping to drive the historic Israel Emergency Fund.

Before making Aliyah and joining JFNA, Rina served as Director of Communications at the Foundation for Jewish Camp and Director of Special Projects at the Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust.

A proud graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, Rina was born and raised in Brooklyn and now lives in Jerusalem with her husband and their three children.
