Gila Tolub
Executive Director, ICAR Collective
Gila Tolub is the co-founder and Executive Director of ICAR Collective, advancing trauma healing in Israel through collaboration across mental health, public health, and philanthropy. Following October 7, she led The Healing Space for Nova survivors before establishing ICAR in July 2024. Previously, she spent 20 years in strategy consulting, including 12 years at McKinsey & Company, where she co-led global work on vaccines, health equity, and mental health. A French-Israeli, Gila holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and lives in Modiin with her husband and four children.
