Rabbi David Eliezrie is a senior Chabad shliach based in Yorba Linda, California. He represents Chabad at major Jewish organizations and plays an active role in both national and international Jewish affairs. Rabbi Eliezrie serves as a senior advisor to JRNU — the Jewish Relief Network Ukraine — and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency for Israel. He previously served as the Jewish chaplain at the University of Miami and currently presides as president of the Rabbinical Council of Orange County.He received his rabbinic education at yeshivas in Israel and New York. An accomplished author, lecturer, and writer, Rabbi Eliezrie is married and the proud father of six children and a growing number of grandchildren.His most recent book, Undaunted: The Life of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn, was published by Magid. His earlier work, The Secret of Chabad, was recognized as a finalist in the prestigious 2016 National Jewish Book Awards.
