Yfat Barak-Cheney

Executive Director, Institute for Technology and Human Rights; Director, International Affairs, World Jewish Congress

Yfat is the Executive Director of the Institute for Technology and Human Rights at the World Jewish Congress and Director of International Affairs. Through her work, Yfat engages with governments, international organizations, civil society and tech companies on issues of hate speech and antisemitism online, using technology for education and more. Yfat has extensive experience working in International Law. She is a member of the NY Bar and the Israeli Bar Association and a member of Forum Dvorah. 

Yfat Holds an LL.M from NYU, LL.M, L.L.B, and B.A from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
