Ayelet Razin Bet Or holds a graduate degree in Law and Criminology from the Hebrew University, specializing in criminal law. She has worked extensively on combating gender-based violence and advocating for women’s rights, including leading initiatives for electronic surveillance of perpetrators and legal aid for survivors. As Director of the Authority for the Advancement of the Status of Women in 2022, she led national efforts on gender equality. Following the Hamas attack on Israel, she founded the ‘Dinah Project,’ advocating for global recognition of gender based war crimes committed by Hamas.
