Adi Blutner
Head of Workforce Development Programs, JDC Israel
Adi is a committed advocate for those left behind by the system, advancing social justice with JDC for over a decade. Using her legal background, she helped launch community courts and debt relief programs in Israel. In 2023, she joined JDC's employment development department, Tevet, to lead the Human Capital Unit, empowering vulnerable Israelis with skills for workforce success. Since October 7th, amid the Israel-Hamas war, Adi has managed JDC’s emergency employment efforts, supporting over 10,000 people. Adi lives in Beer Sheva, is a mother of three, holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University, and an MA from Ben-Gurion University.
