Dawne Bear Novicoff

Acting President and CEO, Jim Joseph Foundation

Dawne Bear Novicoff currently serves as the Acting President and CEO and Chief Operating Officer at the Jim Joseph Foundation, and has served in other leadership roles at the Foundation since 2009.  In this role, Dawne is responsible for leading the staff, shaping the Foundation's strategic vision and culture and ensuring effective execution of the Foundation’s grantmaking. Dawne also oversees the Foundation’s internal operations and planning and manages a portfolio of grants and special projects focused on leadership and Israel Education. 
 
Dawne and her husband, Gregg, live in San Francisco and have two children – Arlo and Rayna.
