Paula Pretlow

Board Chair, The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation

Paula Pretlow is board chair of the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation. She is a former senior vice president of The Capital Group, a $2.6 trillion investment management firm. 

Pretlow is passionately involved on foundation and nonprofit boards, including The Kresge Foundation; Northwestern University; and she recently termed off her synagogue board after 9 years. In the private sector, she serves as an independent director on public and private boards.

She holds a BA and MBA from Northwestern University and is a 2017 fellow of Stanford University’s Distinguished Careers Institute.

Pretlow enjoys being a frequent speaker on leadership and diversity.
