Ms. Naomi Sage

Executive Director, JCC Harlem

Naomi Sage, JCC Harlem Executive Director, has spent her career working in Jewish community leadership. Naomi spent 16 years at the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, where her work took her to diverse global communities, an experience which informs her understanding of Jewish diversity. In 2021, Naomi founded Embrace, a non-profit dedicated to building inclusive, family-centered Jewish community in Harlem. Naomi joined the JCC Harlem team in 2023. Naomi lives in Harlem with her husband and three children. In her home, Naomi's children are learning about their multi-racial Asian-American identity alongside Jewish history, culture, and tradition.
