Ms. Alana Ebin

Director, Mosaic Teens

Alana Ebin is the Director of Mosaic Teens, where she leads the strategic vision and development of initiatives that connect Jewish teens globally through immersive experiences. A creative educator with extensive teen engagement expertise, she previously worked at BBYO International, Diller Teen Fellows, and Camp Szarvas. Passionate about Jewish Peoplehood, Alana has directed teen programs in diverse locations, including Hungary, Nepal, Argentina, Chile, and Russia. She holds two master’s degrees from Hebrew University and currently lives in Israel with her family.
