Rachel Gildiner

Rachel Gildiner (she/her) is a leading expert in the field of relational engagement and a lifelong advocate for gender equity. As Executive Director of SRE Network, Rachel supports the field of Jewish organizations and leaders as they prioritize their commitment to creating safe, respectful, and equitable environments across the Jewish communal landscape. She has previously served as Hillel International's Chief Engagement Officer and CEO of GatherInc. Rachel has a BA in Sociology from Columbia University, a BA from the Jewish Theological Seminary in Modern Jewish Studies, an MA in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University.
