Rebecca Gerbert

Managing Director, Lay Leadership Training and Development, Jewish Federations of North America

Rebecca Gerbert is the Managing Director, Lay Leadership Training and Development at JFNA. Rebecca works cross-organizationally within JFNA and local Federations to elevate lay leadership experiences. She is helping to curate mechanisms for both volunteers and professional staff to expand and explore the different modalities surrounding leadership. Rebecca has a rich background in leadership development, having held roles in organizations such as Hillel International and AIPAC. She earned her Masters of Education from the University of North Texas and her Bachelors in Psychology from Wingate University. She is currently a Fellow in Cohort V of the Mandel Executive Leadership.
