Nitai Idan is a company commander with the Israel Defense Forces.

Nitai lives in Jaffa as part of an Orthodox students village and was raised at the settlement Nof- Ayalon. Nitai volunteered with people with disabilities, studied at Yeshivat Hahesder Kiryat Shmona, and has been serving in the IDF since March 2017 having enlisted in the paratroopers brigade. Nitai is now in an academic program in the tactical command academy studying military and economics.
