Sarah Mali is the Director General of the Jewish Federations Canada-UIA in Israel. She most recently held the role of Vice President of Masa Israel Journey and Head of its Leadership & Impact Center. 

Sarah has served the Jewish community for over two decades and led impactful change processes in Canada, Israel and around the world. She is a prolific writer and public speaker and was recently named one of "50 of Our Favorite Women Right Now" by Future of Jewish. 

Sarah holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Hebrew University and is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, with a specialization in Adaptive Leadership. She is a trained organizational consultant with certification from the Israel-based Tavistock Institute. 

Sarah sits on the board of several non-profit organizations and is an active mentor to her students. Sarah and her family live in Jerusalem.
