Rachel Azaria is the founder and CEO of HaOgen for Reservist Families, established on October 7, 2023. HaOgen supports 35,000 reservist families across Israel through a network of 20,000 volunteers.A leading social entrepreneur and public leader, Azaria has spearheaded successful social change initiatives across environmental policy, gender equality, early childhood, and religion and state. She previously served as a City Councilwoman, Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem, and a Member of Knesset, where she advanced landmark legislation.Azaria is the author of Guided Revolution on effective social change in Israel, and host of the podcast “Parashat Drachim.”
