Jenna Potash is the Senior Director of Public Outreach, at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. In her role at the Federation, Jenna oversees public outreach and engagement in education into the public sphere, including public schools and libraries, bringing Jewish and Israel education to public schools and non Jewish audiences. Previous to her seven years at Federation, Jenna has worked in the Israel programming world for 20 years, having worked for organizations such as Taglit, Masa, Hasbara Fellowships, and works closely with various Israel partners, such as JAFI, Masa, Aguda Sherut (IVA), and the P2G Partnerships.An avid Zionist with a passionate interest in Israeli history and Jewish Indigeneity, Jenna has dedicated the last 20+ years to bringing as many people to Israel as possible (thousands over the last 20 years), with the goal of connecting the Jewish Diaspora to their roots in Israel.Currently residing an hour north of Toronto with her family, Jenna previously lived in Israel, including a year volunteering on a Kibbutz and a year living in Eilat, and spent 9 years in Vancouver where she completed her Undergraduate Degree in Education and Curriculum Development................................................
